Are you looking for trendy maternity outfits that are cute, comfy, and don’t break the bank? I’ve gathered some of my most worn maternity outfits for you below. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on “maternity” clothes so I searched for outfits that I am able to wear during pregnancy and after. My closet consisted of a lot of jumpsuits and overalls as well as biker shorts and t-shirts. I made it my entire pregnancy with only buying a couple maternity shirts, maternity biker shorts, and maternity leggings. That was it!

Here are my favorite maternity outfits!

Shop here: Mauve Maternity Bodysuit
This bodysuit is a maternity piece that also works perfectly post-pregnancy! The material is butter soft — I’m not exaggerating, it’s like literal butter. The double layering provides great coverage and hides everything nicely. I love pairing it with a button-up shirt for an effortless look. I ordered a size large (I’m typically a medium/large in tight clothing), and it fit perfectly.

Shop this look here: Free People Hot Shot Onesie | Amazon Look Alike
I lived in the Free People Hot Shot Onesie during my pregnancy! I own it in three colors because it’s just that good. The best part? You can wear it before, during, and after pregnancy. It does run oversized, so I sized down to a small. I could even go down to an XS if needed! I paired it with the Happiness Runs Crop Top (also a size small). If you’re looking for a more budget-friendly option, the Amazon dupe is fantastic. Keep in mind that the Amazon version runs slightly smaller, so consider sticking to your true size or sizing up for that relaxed, oversized look.

Shop this look here: Free People Jumpsuit | White Long Sleeve Basic
This Free People jumpsuit was a staple throughout my pregnancy! I already owned it before getting pregnant, and I’m so glad it worked for my growing belly. The adjustable straps make it super versatile. I wore it comfortably up to 40 weeks, making it a worthwhile investment. I’ve also tried the Amazon dupe for this jumpsuit, and it’s just as good. Personally, I prefer the light denim color of the FP version, but both options are excellent.

Shop this look here: Blue Floral Romper
I actually had this romper from 4th of July from the previous year and randomly decided to try and see if it would fit me when I was like 30 weeks pregnant. To my surprise, it fit great and was SO cute! It has the perfect amount of stretch and was SO comfortable. I can’t recommend this one enough! I’m wearing a medium here!

Shop a similar outfit here: Cream Jumpsuit | Loose Wide Leg Jumpsuit
Can you tell I’m obsessed with jumpsuits? They’re just so easy to throw on and eliminate the need for pairing separate tops and bottoms. This particular jumpsuit was from Carly Jean Los Angeles, but it’s no longer available. I’ve linked a couple of similar options above that will give you the same effortless look. Jumpsuits are a lifesaver during pregnancy!

Shop this look here: Black Overalls
More overalls, anyone? These black overalls were my go-to for hot summer days. They pair perfectly with any tank or shirt underneath and are a great option for post-pregnancy wear as well. Versatility for the win!

Shop this look here: Denim Romper Overalls
Another denim favorite! These short overalls are the perfect warm-weather version of the denim jumpsuit mentioned earlier. While they’re not maternity-specific, I sized up to a large to accommodate my growing belly. They worked perfectly throughout my pregnancy and remain a go-to piece post-pregnancy.
There you have it!
These maternity outfit ideas helped me stay comfortable while also feeling cute without overspending on maternity clothes. Many of the pieces I’ve shared are versatile enough to wear beyond pregnancy, making them great investments. Whether you’re searching for jumpsuits, overalls, or buttery-soft bodysuits, these options have you covered!
